'Grey Night Clouds' was originally released in 2008 on Experimedia featuring original artwork by Jeremy Bible. The album marks a crossover between my work as Koen Park and the work I issue under my own name. The recordings were strictly done between midnight and sunrise in 2007 and 2009.
The remixes for the album were originally meant as a follow-up on Experimedia but ended up appearing on the compilations 'Remixes, Reworkings And Reimaginings' on I, Absentee and 'Remixes, Reworkings And Reimaginings In A Quiet Form' on Smallfish Records, both in 2009, both of which will be re-issued on Folk Reels at some point as well.
Thanks so much to Jeremy, Sean, Mike, and all the artists for your work, love and support. Special thanks to Paul at Acroplane who was a massive supporter of all the Koen Park work.
This version has been redesigned and remastered from the original recordings.

Let's put it this way- this is simply one of our favourite works ever!...A collection of variations on a theme that drift by, perfuming the air, or that stop a moment to whisper you a story. Evocative in its sparse beauty, We are sure this will been the permanent playlist always, right alongside Arvo Part's "Alina" and offthesky's "Silent went the Sea" ....ss/tm/am editions vaché

Drones, synths and epic sound walls emerging from a distant fog. Meditative, peaceful and as if from the inside of an iceberg. Sounds that aspire to the light. An outstanding, deep and imaginative album with subtle electronics. Apart from "Day" by Christopher Hipgrave (https://homenormal.bandcamp.com/album/day), for me it is the strongest album in the catalogue of Home Normal. SILENCE ET LIBERTÉ
